Legal

Privacy policy

A small independent website run from Zurich. We collect only what we need to reply, and nothing for advertising.

This policy explains how LinkBuildingSwitzerland.com (“we”) handles personal data when you contact us. The site is operated from Zurich, Switzerland. Write to hello@link-building-switzerland.com. Our postal address is Prime Tower, Hardstrasse 201, 15th Floor, Zürich 8005, Switzerland.

Data we receive

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. When you use the careers form, we receive your name, email, role interest, city, a URL to your work, and the letter you write. If you email a CV to hr@link-building-switzerland.com, or write to us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include. This website has no user accounts, no newsletter signup, and no client login.

Purpose of processing

We use that information to read your message and reply. Job applications are used only to run a hiring process. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. Where we do not take on the work, we may keep client correspondence briefly so we can resume the thread if you write again. Unsuccessful applications are held only for as long as that hiring process requires, then deleted, unless you ask us to retain yours for a later opening. If you are hired, your application becomes part of ordinary employment records.

Form processors

Formspree processes the contact form and the careers form. How Formspree handles submissions is set out in Formspree’s own terms and privacy documentation. Do not submit information you would not want a form processor to receive, and do not attach files to the careers form; a URL is sufficient.

Hosting and server logs

This is a static website. The host may retain ordinary server logs (for example IP address, browser type, and requested URL) for security and operations. We do not run an analytics script on these pages.

Cookies

These pages set no marketing cookies. The host or your browser may still store technical data required to deliver the files.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails and form submissions only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting work, or for as long as we are legally required to keep records. You may ask us to delete a message you sent, unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it.

Your rights and the FDPIC

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, other laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to object to certain processing. Write to hello@link-building-switzerland.com. Anyone in Switzerland may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Updates

If this policy changes, we will update this page. The version shown here is the current one.
